Settlement Intelligence co-founder, Aaron DeShaw, has contributed a chapter on writing demand letters to the new Trial Guides book Winning Settlements.
DeShaw, who wrote the only legal text on the Colossus insurance claim program Colossus: What Every Trial Lawyer Needs to Know, has long been the nation's leading author and lecturer on demand letters.
In the 20 page chapter, DeShaw discusses the reasons why the AI demand letter method used by Settlement Intelligence leads to higher settlement offers. He discusses his work consulting on cases with Settlement Intelligence CEO, Charlette Sinclair, on cases and how they have helped lawyers for the past 20+ years improve their settlement offers in cases.
