1. Starter Plan Annual Payment

This is the Settlement Intelligence Starter Plan license for solo law firms, with an annual payment option. 

The Starter Plan license provides you expert guidance on creating demand letters that are optimized for insurance bodily injury software that determines the settlement offers at most auto insurers, some premises liability carriers and some workers compensation companies.

Up to 5 demand letters per month*

The Settlement Intelligence Demand Letter platform, allows you to enter information into the program, and the program will create a specially formatted demand letter as a Word document.  From there you complete any final points and send the demand letter to the insurer.  If you or the staff member have all necessary information you can generate an optimized demand letter in 20-30 minutes for basic cases.  Even the Starter Plan enables you to create demand letters for very complex injury cases in the optimal way, although these will take longer as you enter data known to generate greater value in the insurance software systems.

Settlement Intelligence is 100% cloud based so that you or a staff member can work remotely. All data input into the Settlement Intelligence platform by you (or a staff member) is owned by you.  If you are unable to complete a demand letter, you can come back to the project at a later time.

A one year license is required to access Settlement Intelligence.  The charge for access to the Starter Plan is $6,000 for annual access.  This page allows you to pay for annual access in one payment. 

(You can also purchase the annual plan in monthly payments be divided into 12 payments at $500 / month here.) A customer may not license Settlement Intelligence for any period less than twelve months, and by purchasing access to any plan, you acknowledge you are contractually required to pay for one year of access to the platform.

*Excess demand letters generated per month will incur additional charges, or require an upgrade to a higher plan. Settlement Intelligence will provide an additional invoice of $1,000 for demand letter generation for Demands 6 to 20 in any month that the licensee exceeds 5 demands in one month. 

*Additional users (more than one) will require you to increase to a higher subscription plan.

This Starter Plan does not have the more advanced demand features only found in the Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited plans.
